-EU-wide : 2-4 days / €9.90
-Switzerland : 5-10 days / €15.90

As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.

Unopened, unused, or unused items can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. No refund can be claimed for items that have been used or are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchange of goods
Faulty or damaged products can be exchanged for the same item. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
